Self Reflection & Renewal through the Chakras
Keep the whole body, mind & spirit in balance. Connect with each chakra viscerally through a special curation of yoga, meditation, and pranayama. After reaching a state of calm through the practice, self reflect in your journal. Class ends with a deep restorative relaxation with guided affirmations.
Throughout the week, it is encouraged to continue to observe your thoughts & behaviors, and to record them in your journal. Don’t be surprised to have some deep revelations! This workshop is for those who wish to actively grow spiritually through awareness.
Reiki Training
Gather the skills, & receive the ongoing support and guidance you need to become a confident, intuitive, healer. Class coarse is 3 levels and includes a manual and certificate for each. Content includes traditional Usui Reiki approach, as well as extra content from personal experience and other healing modalities.
